Recipe tips
Usually, there is no need to boil the lasagna pasta beforehand.
Instead of tomatoes you can add tomato juice.
1. Bolognese sauce: Chop finely the onion and fry it in hot oil until glassy.

2. Add the chopped carrot and braise for about 10 minutes.

3. Add the beef and/or pork minced meat and let it braise until the meat is soft.

4. Prepare stock from 400 ml of hot boiled water and one chicken stock cube and pour it into the sauce.

5. Add the crushed garlic.

6. Peel the tomatoes and chop them into the sauce.

7. Finally season by adding salt, pepper, rosemary, sage and basil.

8. Boil the pasta (if necessary).

9. In the meantime we prepare the bechamel sauce too.

10. In a buttered heat resistant dish put 2-3 sp of bechamel sauce, then put one layer of pasta. Then one layer of bechamel sauce, and one of bolognese sauce and grated Parmesan cheese on top. Then again pasta and bechamel sauce, bolognese sauce and grated cheese. Finish with grated cheese.

11. Cover with tinfoil and put in preheated oven (180 grades Celsius) for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and cook in the oven for another 10 minutes.

12. Serve warm.
