1. In 850 g of flour put 10 g of salt and mix with a spoon.

2. In lukewarm water put 25 g of yeast and stir with a teaspoon. When the yeast has melted pour the water onto the flour.

3. Knead very well for 10-15 minutes. Then let it rise for 1 hour.

4. In a round, glass heat resistant dish pour 1 spoon of oil and spread over the walls of the dish. Then sprinkle flour into the dish.

5. Pour the dough in the oiled dish. Put the dough into a preheated oven (150°C) and bake for another 2 hours.

6. When ready, remove the bread gently from the dish. Then turn it on one side and let it cool.

7. You can serve it warm. The crust will become softer the next day.

Variations
You can use wholemeal flour, but then you need to bake the bread for a longer time (about 30 minutes more).
