Recipe tips
It's really tasty with raspberry and sour cherry.
1. In a pot pour 1 l milk, add 2 sp of sugar and a bit of salt. When it is boiling add 300 g semolina and stir for 5 minutes. Remove from the burner, add 3 well-beaten egg-whites and 8 g of vanilla sugar. Stir.

2. Mix the 3 egg yolks with 3 sp sugar, 2 sp flour and 0.5 l milk.

3. In another cooking pot put 3-4 sp sugar and burn until light brown, then add the egg yolk mix and stir until the caramel has melted.

4. Serve in a China dish, first put the layer of semolina mixture, then the toffee-like mixture. Put jam or stewed fruit on top.
