Recipe tips
1. You can also use raw, boiled or steamed mushrooms.
2. Use half of a red and half of a green bell pepper for richer color on your pizza.
1. Prepare the pizza dough and let it raise for about 20 minutes.

2. Meanwhile prepare the ingredients for the top of the pizza.

3. Dice the salami in small cubes.

4. Slice the mushrooms.

5. Slice a smaller onion and add salt.

6. Cut the bell pepper in stripes.

7. Break and beat the whole egg.

8. Roll out the dough and place it in an oiled (round or square) baking pan.

9. Spread ketchup onto it and sprinkle wild marjoram and basil.

10. Then sprinkle the diced salami, the mushrooms, the onion, the bell-pepper and the sweetcorn. Grate cheese on top.

11. Finally spread the beaten egg onto it. It doesn't matter if the egg doesn't get all over the pizza.

12. Put in preheated oven (200 °C) for 20 minutes.

13. Serve warm or cold with ketchup.
