Recipe tips
Prepare a sour cream mixture: press 2 gloves of garlic and add to 0.2 l of sour cream. Add salt depending on your taste. When serving, spread the mixture on the fried dough.
1. In cup with lukewarm water put the salt, pepper, sugar and add the yeast. Let it stay until the yeast doubles its amount. Then pour it into the flour and knead well. Add the oil and let it  rise for 45 minutes.

2. Then make small round loaves. Roll out each loaf into oval forms of approx 0.5 cm thick and 20 cm long and let them rise for about 20 minutes. Fry in hot oil.

3. Serve with sour cream and garlic mixture.
