Recipe tips
You can wrap the meat balls in thin slices of bacon, then you can cook them in the oven.
1. Boil or steam the skinned potatoes and the cauliflower and then keep them warm.

2. Mix the minced meat with egg, paprika, breadcrumbs, crushed garlic and add salt and pepper to your taste. You can also add finely chopped parsley leaves. When mixed well, prepare meat balls and fry them in hot oil.

3. Then prepare the cheese sauce. In a pot melt the butter and add 2 spoons of flour. Stir continuously to avoid lumps. Then gradually add the milk. Add salt and pepper to your taste. When you have added all the milk, sprinkle the grated cheese into it and stir until you get a thick sauce.

4. On each plate serve 2 minced meats, one potato and one piece of cauliflower. Spread as much sauce as necessary. Serve everything warm.

Variations
In the original recipe broth is used for the cheese sauce, instead of milk.
