Grate the apples
Then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
Mix the flour with margarina and fat
Mix the ingredients for the pastry then knead well
Roll out the dough
Spread the margarine mixture on top
Roll up again and cut in four pieces
Roll out each piece
Add the apple filling
Sprinkle with semolina
Roll up
And put in a baking pan
After baking sprinkle with powdered sugar
