Make sure that you are logged on into your account (if you find in menu the Settings then you are logged on). Open the recipe / technique page. Under the content you will find the Write your opinion, where you can write your message in the corresponding field. After completing the security check and clicking on Send button the message will be shown. The nickname or full name (if nickname is not set) of the author of every message will be shown.
