One of the possible causes could be that the cookies are not enabled in your browser. This could be done by:
Internet explorer: in the
Tools menu choose the
Internet Options, then click on
Privacy tab and set the slider to
medium, then press OK.
Firefox: in
Tools menu choose
Options, then click on
Privacy tab, on the first dropdown menu choose
Use custom settings and check the
Accept cookies from sites option, then press OK.
Chrome: click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar, choose
Options; click on
Under the hood tab, click
Content settings in the
Privacy section. Click the
Cookies tab and check the
Allow local data to be set option. Click
Close when you are done.
Opera: To view the main menu, click on the big red "O" icon on the top left of the browser. In
Quick preferences click on
Enable cookies.
Some of the antivirus softwares could also restrict the usage of the cookies.
The other possible cause could be that you have mistyped your email address or password. Make sure that the
caps lock is not turned on before entering you password. If you still cannot log in, it means that you have forgotten your password. In this case visit the
Forgot password page, enter your email address and we will send you a link to the webpage where you can reset your password.
